By downloading, installing, or using CellSentry (the "Software"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Definitions
- "CellSentry Excel Add-in" refers to the free Office Web Add-in available through Microsoft AppSource.
- "CellSentry Desktop" refers to the desktop application for Windows and macOS, including the AI analysis features.
Software Terms
CellSentry is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software. CellSentry is a tool to assist with spreadsheet analysis — it does not guarantee detection of all errors, and users should independently verify critical data.

CellSentry is open source software released under the MIT License. The CellSentry name and logo are trademarks of the CellSentry project. The full source code is available on GitHub.
